In fact, Bruce DePrest, your chief meteorologist, said he liked Brett Favre and the Jets. He is just on person, but please put at least some major games, that aren’t Pat’s, on WFSB? I am not saying Jets-Titans is the most important, but, as you know, the Titans are undefeated and the Jets are doing pretty well and they have a chance at beating them.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? When is your alliegence to the local teams going to stop?? Put the best game on. Pittsburgh-Tennessee and Miami-KC with the playoffs on the line and you televise the Jets?? Your football coverage is horrible.

I could not believe when I heard you give kudos to the Boston College AD for firing the coach. Since when is it an offense to go on an interview and look into possibly bettering yourself? Is that not why we work? If the coach were to get a better offer he would leave anyway, it’s the nature of the business! If you were offered a better deal I am sure you would at least look into it as well. Besides the offer was not even from another college program. It’s a power thing with the AD that’s clear.
A-Rod and the rest of these player’s that have tested positive for illegal drug’s should be fined at least one million dollars and suspended for at least one year with no pay during that time. Make examples of their mistakes, no one had a gun to their heads saying you have to take these drugs or else. They took them knowingly and willingly. Send a hard message to all, hard work makes a great player, not a drug user.
Dear Joe, I was appalled that the officials did not throe DeJuan Blair out of last night’s UCONN-Pittsburgh Game.
Thabeet did not fall over Blair; Blair grabbed Thabeet’s arm and threw him over his shoulder. This was a basketball game – not a wrestling match. Thabeet was hurt and not very effective after that fall. Also, Blair was hitting Thabeet in the chest all night and only was called for two fouls. I can’t believe all the praise for Blair – He plays like a kid on a sandlot and not a college player. How does he get away with that?

hey joe if you wanted to talk about the high school basketball finals you should have. the kids from new london high school had a peaceful protest and didn’t cause any problems. good for them for sticking up for someone that actually supports them. connecticut sports are weak and that’s because people are too political. people that don’t like jack cochran are just looking for excuses why they cannot compete on his level. jack keeps these kids off the streets and brings community pride to new london. anyway thanks for the press it will only give people more to talk about when jack wins his next state championship.

It would be nice if both men and women UConn basketball teams compete against each other, like have a fundraiser or something like that.
